HOW TO ORDER

Contact business with Ravindo Mirrors and Glass-Crafted are easy and all the terms are work well for years as we done to our costumer.

FCL (Full Container Loading)

For Full Container Loads, Buyer take or buy from our company 1 x 20 ft container or 1 x 40 ft container and the system we can used T/T.

.Minimum order is 5 pieces for each item.

1. We receive purchase order from our buyer/ client.
2. We will borne the purchase order with list down the items requested, code number of each item and other information delivery time and finished requested or buyer’s design would be most welcome.
3. When it’s agreed by our buyer, then we ask down payment by 40% from total cost or direct negotiation.
4. Then our buyer faxes the bank invoice to: 062 271 713465. And sent to our email: Ravindo@mail.com. We read our emails daily and will answer all inquiries promptly.
5. The balance payment 60% sent by T/T when we ship (balance against shipment document). Documents will be sent as soonest after the rest of payment hits to our account. Delivery dates are normally confirmed during the costing finalization process.

LCL (Less Container Loading) or Trial Order

The LCL or Less Container Loading is buyer take or buy from our company in small quantities less than 1 x 20 ft container. So we must be shared with other companies to ship the stuff or we must be consolidated or mixed from other companies.

The minimum order is 10 items and total maximum order is 150 pieces. More than 150 pieces in quantity will be declared as full 1 x 20 ft container order.

SAMPLE Request or RETAIL order

For retail order or sample, we accept payment by personal cash and wire transfer.

Special commissions and trade orders can be undertaken.

If it’s possible you can get to have business relationship with us, we will provide the buyer with some sample as the following conditions:

- Sample request below US$30.00 is free of charge

- Sample transportation will be at buyer's account.

Your own design would be most welcome and we'll be handled confidentially.

Packing System

Individually packed and labeled in standard export carton then put into crate of 3’s, 5's or more to ensure maximum container space usage and safe delivery. All mirrors glass and crafted securely packaged in made to measure cardboard box and polystyrene wedges. Each Venetian mirror is attached with heavy chain and brackets to ensure safe wall mounting.

Solid wood crate with bubble wrap and some foam protection material are safety first to packing for shipping. The foam or other materials to protect the items is based on buyer’s request which raise an additional cost of packing.

Delivery Time

Production will generally fall within 2 to 8 weeks depending upon variable like volume and design intricacy and our shipment schedule.
We will helpful to arrange to find ocean liner and local handling at best quotation.

Compliance

If that happen, we must get the proved about that compliance. Please send us an email attached photos in its original condition (3 photos for one mirror damage) which is from the front, parts, with all original packaging and fax with your name, address, the name and quantity of the mirror you are take a claim, and the reason for damage. We will replace of the damage items will be only done by providing the substitute on the next containers or next shipment.
